The Mille Fleurs cottages
At 830m altitude, in the heart of the Auvergne, the cottages of Mille Fleurs ('Thousand Flours') provide excellent opportunities to enjoy peaceful relaxing holidays, and close to nature! Surrounded by meadows, forests, small rivers, lakes and waterfalls, these charming cottages offer you all necessary comforts and a beautiful view over a valley with wild fauna and flora. This is the ideal opportunity for a week of rest, relaxation and hiking!
The Mille Fleurs cottages are located in the Auvergne region, in the south-west of the department of Puy-de-Dome. This area is known for its past volcanic activities and for the impact of quaternary glaciers that have shaped the landscape through the years. As a result, the landscape has a unique rustic character and forests and meadows are abundant.
On site and close to the cottages, a wide choice of activities are proposed.
-
Nature lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy hiking in the many marked trails in forests and meadows on the plateau of the Artense and the Sancy massif.
-
Sport enthousiasts will be able to enjoy skiing during winter or walk the treetop adventure circuit during summer.
